A hot tub is just a boat that has been turned
inside-out. Go ask a boat owner (not me,
unfortunately) what they would do. Fiberglass boats
are known to have an issue where moisture gets under
the gelcoat and makes blisters.
Also, you probably have to figure out if the surface
of the hot tub is epoxy or polyester.
