I'm just reading this thread from the beginning...wayne, you can get the s-k 
roto-head with the facom 72-tooth mechanism.  or at least you could.

I think mytoolstore is where I got all my facom/s-k stuff, but griots has (or 
used to have it) also.

the mac and facom/s-k are the nicest ratchets going.
