A vacuum pump?  If you know someone in the air conditioning business,
you might borrow one.  Or, buy one from your favorite cheap tool
store...

Also, something like a MightyVac could do it, but that would be a lot
of pumping.


You can also create one with a venturi, but I don't know how far you
can draw it down...here's a diagram of one:
