I help manage some USTs (Underground Storage Tanks) containing
gasoline and diesel fuel.  Even if you are the Federal Government like
us, the Federal Government will not hesitate to fine you big time if
you fail to do your 53 hour leak tests and maintain complete usage
records.

Be glad you're just a homeowner.  If it was me, I'd pull the tank soonest.
