Can you get access to the back of the panel? There might be information there
you can use.
Gulfstream seems to still be in business, they may be able to supply some info.

Anybody recognize this control panel?
It is for the hydraulic jacks on my Gulf Stream Conquest on a 2006 Chevy
Kodiak chassis.
The round rocker switch on the upper left corner in this picture is an on-off
added by person unknown.
I want to get an instruction sheet but have no idea who made the system.
