John, this is not an easy task. I=E2=80=99d try a combination of methods. On=
ce the sides are cut, holes are drilled & piece is broken off, grab the jig s=
aw to clean out what=E2=80=99s left.=20

Is it crucial that the notch have a square bottom? If not just use a Large b=
it to drill out a hole to give you a radiused slot bottom.=20
