I used a couple feet to patch a break and muffle the noise in an exhaust pi=
pe on my wife's DD. It was held in place with a can and hose clamps. It wor=
ked fine for a couple weeks then started to get loud again. Yesterday I pul=
led the can to see what was going on and just about all the wrap was gone.

I=92ve only seen it start to do slowly deteriorate on my own car where the =
wrap sees the most heat coming out of the engine, or where it gets disturbe=
d such as during a spark plug change - which is the same spot on my car.
