You really don't need a puller if you have a little patience. Just
loosen the nut holding down the sterring wheel. Grap the wheel with
both hand and pull up, and at the same time rock it back and fourth.
You will find the steering wheel come loose with just a few wiggle.
The important thing is not to remove the nut holding down the steering
wheel, just loosen it. You want it to be there when steering wheel
comes loose to prevent it from meeting your face. One more thing, don't
forget to mark the location of the steering wheel in relation to the
steering column for replacement. Good luck.
