I have some experience with a '74 and '76.
The lines themselves were the same.
However, the threads on the nuts on the ends of the lines were different. The
nuts of the '74 lines did not fit into the '76 master cylinder.
Unless you have a proper flaring tool, and keep the nuts from the old lines to
be replaced onto the new lines, I'd recommend you be cautious and get a kit for
the right year.
I expect someone else on the list will know in which year the threads changed
to what.
