Yes, I can imagine the mark ups.

The stuff I was referring to was in the Moss catalog... or was it VB?  
Or was it...  No, no, I'm sure it was Moss!  And as I recall the price 
was reasonable.  O.K., Einstein, define reasonable!  Hmmm, "A price 
which the average LBC owner can readily afford".

I understand that there is a material that a local cycle shop sells that
is a two part A-B that they sell for a small fortune to coat the inside
of a bike. I don't know what it is.  It might be plain old fiberglass
type resin, in my BEFORE LBC days I was in to competitive sailing and
you wouldn't believe the stuff that was sold to the sailing public.
Normal stuff that was marked up a couple of times just because it went
on a boat.

Hi Craig,
I took mine to a local rad shop...for $15 dollars they flushed it,
checked
for leaks and replaced the float with a new brass unit (the original was
starting to fill with gas). Seemed like a worthwhile investment.
