A woman, pregnant with twins, is driving in her Triumph when she is
involved in a serious traffic accident.
She is in a coma for a month, and when she comes to, the first thing she
asks is "How are my babies?"
"Don't worry," the doctor said, "We delivered them and they are fine. You
had a boy and a girl!"
"That's wonderful!" she exclaimed. "Where are they? Can I see them?"
"Relax," said the Doctor, "We sent them home with your brother. He is
taking wonderful care of them. He even has names for them!"
"But my Brother is an idiot!" the distraught woman exclaimed. "What did he
name my sweet little girl?"
"Denise," said the Doctor.
"Well, that's not so bad," she said, obviously relieved. "What did he name
my little boy?"
"De-nephew!"
