Final stages of reassembly for Sophie...
Only trouble so far is that the windows aren't level when you wind them
up fully.
they tend to lean forwards so that the top touches the top of the
windscreen surround before the bottom, leading to a gap...
The other trouble is that the whole thing seems stiff...
The only possible problem that I can see is that the leather washers
which fit on the prongs which connect the lift mechanism to the window
have rotted away to nothing...
Could this be my problem?
