AAron,  The answer is yes.  However, input shaft (clutch spline area) is
different and output flange bolt circle and size may vary but easily
overcome by changing flange on driveshaft or redrilling the output flange.
Also there are variations in the gear sets - meaning not all GT6 gears are
the same even with the same number of teeth (variation is in the helix
angle).
