My brother lives in Lacey's Spring. Just south of Huntsville.
Floating them to JI might be a problem. We know how well the
Dodge will float, and unless you convert the Spit to an
Amphicar, it isn't much better.

On the front page of my local paper is a picture of a 72 Spit in Alabama,
with a tree laying down on its hood and crushing its windhield. The A/P
write up says the car belongs to Tony Nayman of Lacey's Springs, Ala, 78
Dodge truck involved also, this has a larger tree across the roof. Get the
maps out how far away is J.I. Dodge truck & Spit, in 1 trip.
