Listers,

I see we've figured out that the "engine restraining cable" does what
it's name implies.  I would just add that it was a "Federal" thing
beginning 1975 AFAIK.

It's *not* an electrical ground cable and should not be relied upon
to act as one.  It's stainless steel which is a lousy conductor of
electrons.

A ground wire for the engine (large heavy cable) and the body tub
(smaller guage wire) are both required by J. Lucas.
