Yes, it will bolt right in. You will need, however, the drive shaft and
rear transmission mount.

Hi everyone, got a question for the overdrive experts on the list. I have
come a cross a 1972 O/D tranny and it makes me wonder if it will bolt in to
my 64 Spit? I realize it came from a larger engine but will it work on mine?
It would be a great addition to my already fun to drive car, please help!
