Was just looking for GT6 parts on eBay, came across a frame being sold
cheap, and is apparently in the eastern PA area (too far for me pick
up). But, when the pictures finally came up, this is clearly not a late
GT6 frame, as the auction ad describes, because it's equipped with rear
outriggers.
For a Vitesse, perhaps? Anyone needing a rear outrigger frame for a
project, there's one here:
