Nolan makes some good points. I'm wondering if you could isolate
the conditions better.  If you turn the engine off and coast at
the troublesome speed, does it change?   Can you reproduce it by
revving the motor while parked?

Since it feels like a engine miss, could it be something as simple
as a bad plug wire, poorly gapped or oil fouled spark plug?
