If there is a local British car club ask who they use /recomend. This is one
instance where a club can help out. They can tell you if there is a shop
around that has experience with or better yet specialises in british cars.
It does Make a difference In most states you don't need 3 estimates you just
need an estimate from the shop you are getting the work done at. No matter
where you get the work done, If you are not satisfied don't acept it have
them do it right. If you dont know what to look for take someone along who
does. I have gone to check out a friends car in the same situation at a body
shop reccomended by his insurance company and have found mistakes they had
to redo. I actualy found unrepaired tears in his frame he didn't know to
look for. In any case ask someone you can trust.
