Simple question which I hope will have a quick answer.
Is there a knack to removing the sump pan from a 1963 Spitfire4, whilst the
engine is still in situ? The Haynes manual isnt much help.
All bolts removed sump is loose but I believe is catching on the oil down
pipe. Also stuck at the front of the car on a cross member.
Please help before I get covered in more oil!
