I find myself in possession of a Spitfire with Crane e. i. installed by the
PO and a brand new, still in the box Pertronixs e.i.
I would prefer the Pertronix, cuz it fits under the dist. cap nicely and I
have heard from some people that it is better than Crane.
Here's my question.
Is it worth the trouble and risk (of messing with something that ain't
broke) to put the Pertronix in and take the Crane out?
