I didn't see a new set of head bolts in that list.  The originals are
basically one time use as they deform when torqued (designed to do that).
Reusing them might work for a short time, but you'll end up replacing them
anyways for a blown head gasket.

While you have it torn apart, this is a good time to check the cylinder
head and block surfaces with a straight edge.
