In the text I did mention the usual late model frame
extensions out to the rear bumper need attention.
One had been repaired, one still needs work.
As it's not drivable as it sits in it's current state,
and not knowing the true state of the tranny (clutch 
master not hooked back up yet)  I call it a parts car.
