I just asked this one of my local tire dealer... on my daily driver (92 
Caravan) I ended up upgrading from a 175 R 15 70 to a 165 R 15  60   nice 
slight change ..  lower profile same diameter but more rubber on the 
road...  I asked about the 18in wheels with the really low profile... he 
says... yep they look cool but  you ain't gonna like the ride ... specially 
for the price.. they are so hard its gonna be worse than driving your Morgan.
