I am buing soon a set of Pirelli tires for a 1970 Spitfire MK3 Triumph on
new wire wheel tire size 175/70R13 overall diameter 22.7 in.
and 155/80R13 overall diameter is 22.8 in.
The wire wheel is 4.5 width and the approved width for the 175/70R13 is 4.5
to 6 in.
I need advise from the group, I would love to have a little bigger tire for
the look and comfort ride, but I am afraid that the 175/70R13 is little to
big for my Spitfire
Anyone have experience with these 175/70R13 size tire.
