If you use IE 8, under the Page pull down pick "all accelerators".
I have an option there for "Google Translate".
Perhaps I gained this by downloading some Google software, I don't know why
it is there...
Possibly search Google for "Google translate accelerator" and add it to your
browser.
I used it on a Russian site that was quite interesting once translated!
