Actually some common everyday type cars have four wheel disc brakes too.  I
have two of them in my driveway (Bugeye gets the garage).  I have a ratty
old '85 Fiero and my daughter has a nice '89 Grand Prix.  Both came from
the factory with four wheel disc brakes.
