Not exactly Spridget related, but you all would understand:
Leaving work tonight (heading to the Bugeye in the parking lot) something
out of the corner of my eye hit me like a frying pan hitting Wile E. Coyote
- a 99% restored Norton Commando on the back of a pickup. It's for sale,
and the owner has 40 British bikes in various stages of completion. I
started to get "that feeling" so I quickly walked away before the owner
could dig out the photos of his Triumph Bonnevilles, TR5's and Trophy's.
Thankfully, he didn't have any Vincents in his inventory, or I'd have
dragged home a Christmas present. His bike and the Bugeye really stood out
in a sea of Camrys, Mustangs, and SUV's. Keep up the non-conformity!
