I have seen the elusive MK II (Midget MK I) back seat.

It was a cushin that fit on the deck behind the seats, full width.
It was an early option and due to the fact that there was much more room
without it then with it, most people removed the seat.

With any luck, a friend of mine who had the seat recovered but never
installed it because it took up too much room, may still have it and offer
it to George. (I hope) 

I prefer the Bugeye "childs" seat myself!
