Eric -
I'd think that your engine mounts would have to be in pretty bad shape for
the header to swing 1/2" just from vibration. If you didn't replace the
mounts when you had the engine out, you should take a close look at the
right (passenger) side mount. The rubber on the right side mount gets
pretty badly screwed up because of the proximity to the stock catalytic
converter. The rubber part should be pretty much "square", rather then
shoved into a parallelogram.
If it is the right engine mount, you can replace it with out pulling the
engine, with a little judicious jacking and shoving.
