Hi Carol,
Just got back from Ctt. and our tops should be ready in a couple of weeks.  
Re:  the wipers.. Check mechanical first then elecrical.   To check if the
tube has been bent or nicked slightly open the gear portion of the wiper
motor.  Disconnect the gear which rotates the flexible coil inside the tubing.
Sttart her up.  If the motor and the gears work then you know you hve a kink
in the outer tube.  I had a heck of a time with that once.  Good luck.
