Hello everyone:
The painter has finished with my car and what a fantastic job. I finally
found a shop which prides itself on their ability to do perfect work and
provide true customer service, what a rarity nowadays. Anybody needing new
beading installed on their bonnet can contact them for the details, the
owner told me he would do it for $500.00 as his metal man now has the
procedure down. The shop is located in Houston, TX.

Shop owner is Stan Aldrich
His shop does nothing but custom work and as he says they do not do bodywork
but they do perfect metalwork. They can fabricate a car from conception on
paper to actual completion In steel. No affiliation just a very HAPPY
customer to find such a customer oriented shop. Now I am starting to
assemble so first on the list is an original windshield as I am trying to
maintain a high standard of # matching originality. Also would like to find
some one who will part with the original windshield mounting screws & door
striker screws due to the funny little indention's on them. I will have them
replated as my other fasteners were.
Any body have the PPG paint code for the tire rims also.
