Chas,
differentials are fairly easy to find used. I wouldn't spend big money on
a rebuilt one before trying to get a used one. They are pretty sturdy and
usually outlast the car.
Your choice of ratios is 4.22, 3.9 and 3.7.
Yours came with one if the latter two, probably the 3.9.
