OT: VW and/or Jeep lists?

Sorry to blast the list like this, but does anyone have an address for a
good VW mailing list?  Prefereably one which focuses on restoration/use
and not off road.  I am also looking for a Jeep list, for older Jeeps,
not the new yuppie jeeps.  One covering 75 and back CJs and wagons.
