Yes, that's the sound, the blood curdling screech. Except I can make it
happen by tapping on the bonnet just above the hinge. It's definately a
metal to metal screech and not a rubber bumper squeek.
I've had various useful suggestions on how to try and track it down, so have
been trying them today but had to temporarily give up as it's been 36
degrees centigrade in the shade today. To be continued later when it's
cooler.
