I've been playing around with the roller wheel bearings trying to get them
to fit. I've tried them with and without the spacer and no go. They will not
go on far enough to insert the cotter pin and the outer brake pad will not
go in.
So far all I've succeeded in doing is getting the inner bearing stuck on the
axle. Any thoughts on getting it off other than a dremal?
The swivel axles are new. Every part on the front is new except the hub.
Below are the parameters for the various stock and possible Timken's. I'm
using the 07097/05066 combo.
