Hi List,
How can you drool over a Datsun? I only ever drool over a Caterham and only
then when it has the 6 speed gearbox. Yup, I could pull my lightweight,
helical close ratio gear, specially built, quickshift Ford 5 speed and junk it
(well I might keep if for when I buy my wife a Morris Minor or a small Ford).
IN WOULD GO the Caterham super close ratio, almost a racing box but has
helical gears, SIX SPEED gearbox. Nothing would beat from the lights ('cept a
Caterham?)
Daniel1312 saving up £3,000 for a 6 speed, and saving also for a
different CWP to match it, along with an A.P.T big valve unleaded head, new
doors, kitchen for the wife, bigger house that actually has a garage (will be
sure to tell the list when I have a garage - I'll be keeping it empty for a
while (and for sure I'll be off list at the same time!!!!)
