The car isn't wide enough to be a hinderance even when you are sitting on
the 'other' side from the server. You get the odd look, (Daniel probably
doesn't though!) but you just stick your arm out and you're hand is where
it's supposed to be. I've never tried it with the top on, but then, I've
never driven the car with the top on.
