The only way I could get my brakes properly bled was to bleed the master
cylinder before I intalled it in the car, then to bleed all the brakes. This is
what the directions that came with my rebuilt master cyl.(apple hyd.) said to do
and it worked great. This was on a dual master clyinder off of a 66 Sprite. I
don't know if that would help the later master cyls. or not.
