Only 1 out of my 3 Weber books has details on fuel pressure for the DCOE and
it suggest that 2.5 is the max and 1.5 would be better.  It also suggests that
2.5 can over run the needle jet.

I would add that you have a small DCOE with small jet sizes so it just be fine
with less than 1.5 if you wanted - it is the flow that is important and your
installation is not going to be demanding.
