Hi Andy,

Thanks for the advise! Don't want to end up like that kid on the 11:00
showing of the X-files last night!

I just took the car out for a spin at lunch and I could not get it to make
that noise it was making last night. It ran great today, pulled smoothly up
through 5000 rpm, oil pressure was good, etc. The only thing I noticed when
I got in the car today was that I had had my heater switch on last night
when I was driving. My heater motor has been known to make some awful
noises in the past but never like this, and never in sync with a certain
engine rpm. Last night, I swear everytime I hit 3000 rpm it sounded like I
was getting ready to make schrapnel.

Thanks to everyone for the advise. Hopefully this is one of those odd self
fixing Midget problems.

Thanks,

Robert
