I was just reading about this in R & T (ok, so I'm a little behind in
reading) and think it is an awesome little road rocket. Potential hp of
175 and 1100 - 1200 lbs! Not as "affordable" as a Spridget but hey,
can't have everything. With no doors and the small size it's not much of
a daily driver but a "fun" car.

Thank you, Scott, for all the wonderful history you write to
this list. I
may search the archives for your name and read it all!

The British are still at it, BTW. Someone posted this link,
www.strathcarron.com, to one of the lists, and I can't find the
original
message. Check out the site. This is a new, small, enthusiasts
car, that
will be available in racer and street trim. 1200cc engine, and
a selling
price of less than $33,000 USD.

You can even get in on the ground floor and buy some stock at 45
pence per
        share.

Let us know your impressions of this car.

        TIA,
