Been Kinda reading with interest all the woe's of buying and selling...
Seems to me like all concerned here are trying to do the best they can....
and the general attitude is what I would consider right....

Hate to see the List be a way of holding someone responsible... but hey it
worked and Seems the Parties involved did it with a degree of class ... on
the end of the day... the fello owned up to a lack of timelines and is
going over and above that which is required... on the other hand... if you
cash my check I assume my parts have already been shipped....

I don't think a third party is necessary..... We all just have to maintain
our integrity.... and we truly need to understand that not all things are
seen with the same eyes... maybe the most important thing is for us all to
write a set of standards when it comes to parts like the 1-5 conditions of
cars... that way we would all know what a #3 Fan shroud looks like?
