Arch shaped roll bars

Hi,
   Is it possible to get those behind the seat arch shaped roll bars for my
Midget like the ones on the BMW Z3, or some Miatas?  They're a little bit
more subtle than one big bar. This would be much more for safety reasons
than for style, but at the same time, a big roll bar gives the car a
different look which I don't want.

Are these bars even worthwhile?  If the car flipped over, would I have a
chance regardless of whether or not I had a roll bar?
