I made one up out a a pice of scrap and a bolt.  some judicous
bending put it perfect for heel and toe.  Make sure you don't put
tension on the throttle cable after the carb hits its built in stop
or you will snap the cable.  (pedal should hit the firewall as the
carb hits 100% wide open)
