Most of that TWM stuff is terribly overpriced. All that is really needed is
a talented welder, some appropriate tubing, a couple of trumpets, injector
bosses, and away you go. Check this stuff out on SDS's page
http://www.sdsefi.com/techinta.htm

Actually I have given this some real thought. There is very little
advantage to going with anything other than the throttle body system for a
Spridget. Just check the flow numbers that Vizard gives in the Tuning Bible
and there is not much to be had from a decent single carb system,
particularly on a street car. Going to a throttle body would eliminate an
extra injector and the need to manufacture a rail. Something that used L or
LH jettronic should work pretty well so long with the appropriate injector
was used. None of the inexpensive aftermarket ECU systems, that I have
seen, support use in siamese intake ports (ie A-series heads) or TBI
systems. So going with some existing system out of a junkyard and modifying
seems to make the most sense. If anyone has other information, I would be
very interested. I did hear of an MGB that fitted a Renault Fuego injection
system (cheap in a junkyard) and it worked very well...

Just my $0.02
