Ron,

You might want to try RPS.  They are a little more oriented to the commercial 
end of the business (and I do have an interest as a stockholder).

Also, be sure whomever is shipping it has it properly packaged.  a box within 
a box, lotts of dunnage, fiber tape, etc.  I tell my friends, it should be 
packaged so you can through it down a couple of flights of stairs and it will 
not bust the box or damage the goods.

Also important...Put a label wlith your address on all 6 sides of the box if 
you can, and put one attached to the part inside.

Above all, insure for the full valuie of the contents!
