Thbbbbbbb.....   And they say bitching doesn't get you anywhere.  I received
my package and my neighbor (who received it) says there's no damage to the
horn, but the box looks like it was rolled over by a steam roller.  It took
my getting in touch with UPS corporate headquarters and my local executive
office, who in turn got in touch with the local routing center, who in turn
paged the local driver, who had the damaged package on his truck and
delivered it to my house after he was told to, even though policy said it
had to go back to California.

So:  to UPS thank you for delivering my package against policy, and up yours
may this never happen again.
