I had the exact same problem on the exact same cylinder!  Be sure you in
fact are getting spark.  My problem turned out to be a bad spark plug!  If
you haven't yet, pull *that* plug and check it again.  My brand new Bosch
plug did not spark!  Changed it and all is fine.

can anyone help me with this one...  # 4 cylindar is not responding..
switched to new plugs, new wires, new distributor cap and rotor.

Sprayed carb cleaner around intake manifold to check for vacumn leak,
nothing!
I do have spark to plug but nothing happening. WHY and how can I fix this.
