In the manual and in early advertisements for the Bugeye they show the fuel
line coming into a "T" in front of the carbs with a lines running from the
"T" across in front of the air cleaner's to each carb. These lines are then
clamped with a bolt in the center of the air cleaner's.

My question is this, did they ever actually produce a car with this setup?

I have never seen one. On my '59 that I bought in '66, the "T" was located
next to the front carb bowl and the line crossed in back of the carbs and
was bolted to the heat shield.

Most of the early ones that you see have the front bowl cover with dual
pipes, one for in and one to the feed the rear carb, thus no "T" at all.

Inquiring minds wonder....
